Terms of service
By commissioning me and being my client, you agree to all of my Terms of Service.Anything stated below will be followed strictly and I won't hold any responsibilities towards it. Further discussions are allowed PRIOR to the commission.Note: This TOS is for Personal Use Commissions. If you would like a Commercial Use Commission, please contact me via mail.
main rules
All commissions opened in rounds will set to have a 2-month deadline.
I want to ask for communication with my clients, as I find it being the key.
You are paying mainly for the final product: a hi-res file of the digital commission. Psd file are discussed.
Serious buyers ONLY
order
Commission applications will be opened once per 2-3 months.
Only 2-3 applications will be accepted during one opening.
Prices can be changed through time.
If the applicant fails to reply me in 24hours, their slot will be moved back and I will contact the next person on the list
Revisions are allowed in the sketching phase. Once the final sketch is approved, no more reviews are allowed.
payment
I only accept payments via PayPal and Ko-fi. All payments will be in EUR.
The commissions will not start before payment
Payment plans are allowed, with a minimum of 50€ deposit.
Refunds are allowed if the commission has not started yet. If I have started the commission, refunds will be made according to the progress made.
copyright policy (Personal)
As the artist, I hold every right to the produced artwork, and I can, for example:
Post/display the picture anywhere I want
Promote myself with it in any place
I may ask permission for further usage in the future (using in tutorials, printing…)
As a commissioner you may
Repost the art on other websites with credit to my gallery or page (with no profit purposes)
Print the art as long as it is for personal use and not for sale
Use it as a decoration on your social media profiles (Facebook, Instagram…) as long as it’s your personal account and you’re not making any profit from it.
You are NOT ALLOWED to
Change, modify, trace or use my works without permission.
Reproducing the copyrighted artwork commercially (meaning making any money out of it)
Take credit for the art
